Back and Neck Relief Care is a Gonstead Chiropractic Office located in Washington Terrace, Utah, near South Ogden. Our clinic is located at 5300 S 500 E, STE 15, also known as 5300 Adams Avenue Parkway, in South Pointe Plaza, two blocks north of Ogden Regional Medical Center.
